Story.
Wayne Dalton Torquemaster springs are hidden inside a tube, making them difficult to service and prone to sudden failure. We bring the power back to the outside.
Tube Extraction
We carefully remove the internal Torquemaster spring tube, a system often referred to as a "black box" in the industry due to its closed nature.
Torsion Shaft Install
A solid steel torsion shaft is installed above the door header, allowing for standard, high-cycle springs that are visible and easily maintained.
Drum & Cable Sync
New drums and heavy-duty cables are synced to the new torsion system, providing a balanced lift that puts significantly less strain on your opener.
Spring Tube
